Morning Matthew 8:1-3
Noon Psalms 3
Evening Mark 10:13-16
The Hands of Jesus were tender, affectionate, they were hands that only knew how to do good. At the touch of his hands the sense of hearing was restored to the deaf, sight to the blind. At the touch of His hands the daughter of Jairus came to life after she was already pronounced dead; Peter's mother-in-law's fever disappeared, and the lepers were cleansed. The loaves were multiplied, and the dead were raised. The hands of Jesus gave physical and spiritual health. We must see ourselves as an extension of Jesus, that is our responsibility as Christians. May the touch of our hands be to help, bless, intercede, restore. May our touch be accompanied by loving words that comfort, restore faith, heal, feed. So many people need to be touched by God and it can be done through us too. We can help change their bitterness and pain into joy, their darkness into light, their loneliness into company, their weakness into strength. Just as Jesus changed the lives of many, with only the touch of his hands, you and I can do the same by being instruments used by Him for his glory in this world full of pain. May the people see our hands, imitating the Master.

Morning Matthew 8:1-3
1 When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.
2 And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
3 And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
Noon Psalms 3
1 Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.
2 Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.
3 But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
4 I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.
5 I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.
6 I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.
7 Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
8 Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.
Evening Mark 10:13-16
13 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.
14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.
16 And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them.
